Major Lack of Cleaning
Very little activity from both chemical
and spray action. Major blockage or
cold rinse may be too hot

This appearance signifies a major lack of cleaning. Lack of water spray or complete denaturing of the test soil has occurred. Check for blockage of spray arms, malfunction of pump motor or malfunction of cycle program.

On rare occasions it is possible that the proteins on ProFormanceTM could have been denatured and rendered insoluble. This happens if the ProFormanceTM is heated too high in the initial rinse phase. Another possibility is denaturing from alcohols during pre-soaking. Some enzyme detergents have a high concentration of alcohol. When exposed to 100% strength enzyme cleaner that contains alcohol, the albumin in ProFormanceTM (and in blood for that matter) may become denatured and rendered insoluble. Follow manufacturer's directions regarding dilution of enzyme cleaners for pre-soaking.

Simple water rinse should make ProFormanceTM come cleaner than this. Some significant failure has occurred.
